Shipping Policy
Our goal is to maximize your LicensedtoSell.com shopping experience by providing our customers with quality products and quick, cost effective shipping solutions.
Canada Post is the exclusive shipping partner for LicensedtoSell.com. Shipping costs are calculated based on the packaged weight of the items you order and your shipping address within Canada. Shipping charges will be provided during the checkout process.
For most LicensedtoSell.com shipments, we use Canada Post Expedited Parcel™, a ground service which offers tracking for all items, guaranteed delivery times, and the ability to check your delivery status through www.canadapost.ca.
For smaller LicensedtoSell.com shipments, we use Canada Post Lettermail™, a ground service that is more cost-effective when sending smaller items. Note: Lettermail™ does not offer tracking.
Option – Faster ShippingWe are also pleased to offer the additional option of faster shipping to all destinations in Canada through Canada Post's Xpresspost™. You can select to have your order shipped with Xpresspost™ for an additional cost (see delivery details below).

For some northern communities in the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut, daily service may not be available depending on road and water access.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto. Orders will be processed 1-2 Business Days after order payments have been successfully authorized. A Business Day means a day other than Saturday, Sunday, a statutory holiday or any day normally observed as a holiday by Canada Post. Orders placed on days other than Business Days are considered as being received on the next occurring Business Day.
Total delivery time will be the processing time plus the estimated transit days listed above for Canada Post's Expedited Parcel™ service or Lettermail™ service. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. All orders are shipped in durable mailing boxes, poly bubble mailers or poly mailers (depending on the product you ordered).
A Shipping Confirmation email will be sent when orders have been picked up at our warehouse by Canada Post.
Canada Post commits to providing a Delivery scan event for every barcoded item that is successfully delivered or determined to be undeliverable and returned to the sender. This provides electronic confirmation of the delivery status. Upon delivery, or attempted delivery, the tracking number is scanned and the date and time are captured. This information is usually available immediately after delivery and no later than noon the next business day following delivery at www.canadapost.ca or through an automated phone response system by calling 1-888-550-6333.
At this time, we only ship orders within Canada.
